Healthcare Professionals - Making a referral

Healthcare professionals can refer directly to an individual practitioner or submit a referral through How Are You Hub.

Our referral coordination process is overseen by our Director, an endorsed Clinical Psychologist, to help identify an independent practitioner whose expertise and availability closely align with the client's needs. 

Information is managed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and our Privacy Policy before being shared with the treating practitioner. Once connected, all ongoing clinical care remains the responsibility of the treating practitioner.
